Why is the cover of my issue not showing in the MagCast Viewer App?

If your covers are not displaying or you’re getting an Extraction Error when you try and open your issue, then there is likely a problem with your Amazon S3 details. To fix this:

  • Simply go to the Setup menu in MagCast and select Hosting.
  • Enter your current Amazon S3 Credentials and click on Submit.
  • If you get this error:
    The AWS Access Key ID you provided does not exist in our records
    Then it either means your S3 Credentials are incorrect or there is a billing issue with your AWS account.

We recommend checking with AWS Support to confirm that your Amazon S3 Credentials are correct and that your Billing information is up to date.
