Adding a Reader to the Resolution Center

When you need to fix someone's access to a given subscription / issue{s}, granting that access in the MagsFast Resolutions Center is a cinch.

The first requirement is that they have an account at MagsFast.com.

If they don't, adding one is a cinch. Here's how:

  1. Login to MagCastApp.com
  2. Click [Login to MagsFast.com] at the top
  3. Click Tools > Resolution Center, which will take you to this:


  1. Enter their email address as shown here regardless of if it exists or not and click [Search].
  2. If it doesn't exist, you'll see this:


  1. Next, are you adding a subscription or individual issue{s} for them.


To Add a Subscription

  1. Enter their name, email, password, and subscription start/end dates as shown here for a subscription:


Click [Grant Subscription].

This is the success message you should see next:


Click [Return to Customer Page] to see the results. Here's what it should look like:


You'll note subscriptions AUTOMATICALLY grant access to the most recent issue as shown above.


To Add Individual Issue(s) Access

7b. Enter their name, email, and password, then click the issue covers you want to grant access to:


Click [Grant Issue(s)] (It's at the bottom.)

This is the success message you should see next:


Click [Return to Customer Page] to see the results. Here's what is should look like:




NOTE: Reader subscriptions AUTOMATICALLY INCLUDE access to the latest issue, which will show up as if it were individually purchased.

Here we see the reader's subscription AND their individual issue access.


Giving Someone Web Reader Access

After setting up a reader's account, remember to send these three things:

  1. username (their email address)
  2. password
  3. the link (https://MagsFast.com/reader)
